Refund & Return Policy – Power Supplements

At Power Supplements, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

⚠️ Due to the nature of consumable supplements, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or preference issues

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@powersupplement.in within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/video of the product

    • Description of the issue

Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product was delivered

Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened supplement containers

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased under clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover shipping costs

  • Otherwise, return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
